We provide two levels of survey in line with the RICS Home Survey Standards. the RICS Home Survey level 1 (Home Condition report) and RICS Home Survey level 2 (Homebuyer report) These standards have been set out by the Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors to provide a benchmark for the different types of survey which surveyors offer.
NJR Surveyors offer a range of surveys with the use of a remotely controlled drone. The use of a remotely controlled drone means we can provide our clients with UHD, 4K, photographic and video survey footage.
We also provide valuations of residential property for Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Inheritance Tax/Probate purposes.

Drone Survey
The use of a remotely controlled drone means we can provide our clients with UHD, 4K, photographic and video survey footage of their buildings, chimney stacks, guttering and roofs that would otherwise be difficult to inspect from the ground.
