For marketing purposes,  NJR Surveyors may also use the contact details provided by you to respond to your enquiries, including making telephone contact and emailing information to you which NJR Surveyors believes may be of interest to you. Staff engaged in providing your services and our administration team will have access to your contact details so that they can make appointments and manage your account. NJR Surveyors will process personal data during the duration of any services and will continue to store only your data until you inform us not to do so.

We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or by using our third party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our services, which we believe may interest you.  

Out of respect to your right to privacy we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. If you unsubscribe we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists. 

Please note that even if you have unsubscribed from receiving marketing emails from us, we may send you other types of important e-mail communications without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them. These may include customer service announcements or administrative notices.

At any point whilst NJR Surveyors are in possession of, or processing your personal data, all data subjects have the following rights:

In the event that NJR Surveyors refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why, which you have the right to legally challenge. At your request NJR Surveyors can confirm what information it holds about you and how it is processed.

NJR Surveyors will accept the following forms of identification (ID) when information on your personal data is requested: a copy of your driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill not older than three months. A minimum of one piece of photographic ID listed above and a supporting document is required. If NJR Surveyors is dissatisfied with the quality, further information may be sought before personal data can be released. In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by NJR Surveyors you have the right to complain to us. If you do not get a response within 30 days, you can complain to the ICO.
